My journey so far

Current projects

I am the founder of the Loneliness Postcard Project, launched in 2023 as a creative resource for young people aged 10–18 to explore and express feelings of loneliness. The project aims to reduce stigma, raise awareness, and foster open conversations around emotional wellbeing.

In early 2025, I launched the Youth Opportunities Newsletter, a platform designed to connect young people with meaningful opportunities that support their ambitions and empower them to thrive.

Youth Opportunities has achieved a 100% success rate, with all applicants securing the opportunities they applied for.

"I got an interview and I have just received an offer for the placement, which I’m accepting.

I was over the moon, and could not believe I had finally got a placement. It was really nice to know that Molly was looking out for me and someone was supporting me."

"The group we used them were really thoughtful with their responses as you can see from the attached images and it encouraged some nice conversations about self-care, going through difficult times with your mental health and also the importance of places were you can be yourself. Many of the young people also wrote personal notes to themselves which they took home with them."

"Youth-led approach, genuine desire to help young people, and a firm refusal to promote exploitative roles."
